CCI's PEP Team is here to support civic clubs and PEP sponsors every step of the way, both during the planning stages of the project and while the delegation is in your community. Each delegation is assigned a CCI staff member that works to provide advice and guidance on completing a business training schedule, recruiting home hosts, providing delegate biographies and sending handbooks for committee members, home hosts and business hosts.

The PEP Support Center provides 24-hour assistance. Two CCI representatives, the Interpreter and group Facilitator, travel with every PEP delegation at all times during the delegates' stay in your community.
