Business training is the primary goal of PEP. Training is provided by local businesses and professionals who host the group for half or whole day visits to share their expertise on specific business topics. The schedule of business presentations is developed by a committee from the sponsoring civic club, based on guidelines and a list of training topics provided by CCI.
