One hundred CCI Fellows will meet for the CCI Leaders Institute Conference at the prestigious Nuclear Research Center in Dubna, Russia on March 1 and 2, 2001. Irina Khakamada, champion of Russia's grassroots entrepreneurs is being sought to deliver the keynote address.

The conference will be packed with carefully-organized, highly interactive plenary sessions, panel discussions and breakout groups in which every conferee will voice experience and opinions.
