Preparation of reports

The final text of the reports should be sent to Organizing Committee by e-mail in format of Microsoft Word 2,0; 5,0; 6,0; 7,0 or RTF-format for Windows 3.0, 3.11, 95-98 no later than August 1, 1999. In case of absence of the e-mail the reports should be sent on a diskette 3,5" by post-mail (no later than August 1, 1999 on a postmark) in two copies on one diskette: in root directory and in a separate folder. The names of files should correspond to the first 8 characters of a surname of the first author. The reports that could be sent in other form and time may not be accepted for publication

The printed variant of plenary and key sectional lectures should not exceed 20 pages, of presentations - 2 pages. The text has to be typed by the Times New Roman, 12, double-spaced. Page margins: upper and bottom - 2.5 cm., left - 3.0 cm., right - 2.0 cm.

At the head of the report the following information must be typed: Full name of the athor (co-authors), place of work, country, title of the presentation.

Organizing Committee is not responsible for grammar and orthographic mistakes. Authors texts will not be corrected. So, we ask you to be more attentive to the texts of your reports.

Publication

The reports are supposed to be published as the Topic monograph in Russian and English languages. In this case the Organizing Committee asks participants to send the reports in both languages.

For those participants who are not able to translate the texts, we plan to translate and publish the reduced translated versions (3 – 5 pages). In these cases the editorial board of the monograph keeps its right for editing and reduction of the text without additional concordance.

The demonstration equipment

The Organizing Committee plans to provide participants with the following equipment: slide-projector, overhead, board with chalk. If necessary it is possible also to provide other equipment (computers, including possibility to monitor on the wall-screen, epidiascope, TV, VCR, stands). With the purposes of optimal organization and equipment of working rooms the Organizing Committee addresses to the participants with the request to indicate the type of the required equipment, necessary demonstration computer programmes (software).
