CCI Executive
Assistant for Publications and Special Projects
The Center for Citizen
Initiatives (CCI), located in the beautiful Presidio of San Francisco, is a
leading nonprofit organization assisting Russia in its transition towards
democracy and a market economy.
With the help of volunteer civic organizations across the U.S., CCI is
leading the way in providing essential training to Russia's growing population
of small-medium-sized business leaders--a key sector for the growth of Russia's
market economy and middle class.
CCI currently seeks a
dynamic individual for this full, part time, or flex position (30-40
hours/week) to provide assistance to CCI's President, with special focus on
managing CCI's external printed publications, editing, web-site content, layout
and graphics, Power Point presentations, and other media materials. This position will also assist the
President with conference organization and logistics, related
database/information management, travel logistics, and other special, one-time
and/or annual projects.
The primary responsibility
of the Executive Assistant is to work closely with CCI's President to assure
that all media accurately and appropriately reflect CCI's professional image
and unique way of doing business. In addition to working with the President on
specific media projects, the Executive Assistant also works closely with CCI
staff to assess related department needs, translate ideas into the appropriate
media, layout and content, and provides training to staff on small-scale
projects, as appropriate.
